COMBO: The most open system on the market. The Combo is designed with staggered tiers, which ensures the birds optimum freedom of movement, in a way that no other system on the market can. Further more, the centrally positioned nest ensures, that the hens have very easy access to the nest. The Combo also favours the producer as the staggered tier design provides an unobstructed view of all tiers & the nest simultaneously. The Combo ensures easy access to the individual tiers, and the slatted area in front of the nest is by far strong enough to be used as a catwalk for inspection. The Combo meets German KAT requirements as well as EU requirements.

The Combo is no longer just a Combo as we know it. The Combo has gone modular. The Combo Plus is suitable for houses where more space is needed. The Combo One Tier is particularly suitable for houses with a low ceiling. It is also a perfect alternative for classic floor housing for commercial layers.

The Xtra is designed to provide more system area on less space. The Xtra is a narrow system with as much as 4.70 m2 system area per running meter. A system which really utilizes the m2 in the houses optimally. The unique design in LANDMECOs new nest, where the egg belt is positioned directly beneath the nest, allows it to be about 25% larger than otherwise. The Xtra’s narrow design means, that the nest is located directly next to the aisles, giving an extra easy access to the nest, and thus optimal conditions for good management. The system meets German KAT requirements as well as EU requirements.

LANDMECOs rearing system without manure belt has been developed by LANDMECO in close cooperation with Danish producers on the basis of many years’ experience in manufacturing equipment for the poultry sector and in rearing chickens respectively. Considerable emphasis has been placed on functionality, chicken welfare and growth, user-friendliness, quality, and not least ease of cleaning. The system is extremely simple and can easily be adapted to suit existing buildings.

Since 1982, LANDMECO has developed and produced laying nests. The nests are exported to all parts of the world. LANDMECOs breeding nest is developed with particular focus on minimizing all potential shock impacts, from the egg leaves the hen until it reaches the packing station. The result is a nest which is extremely gentle. LANDMECOs breeder nests also provide some 25% more space.

Get high efficiency with LANDMECOs Calori-Air, which despite its small size provides a large output. LANDMECOs Calori-Air has 7 circuits, which makes it possible to have an element which is only 91 mm in thickness, without losing effect. The heating system is specially developed for poultry houses, or houses with a lot of dust in the air or high heat demand. This means, among other things, that the distance between the blades is big, and that the blades are particularly strong, so they can withstand washing. Also, the fan has a total of 10 blades, ensuring that the heating system is very quiet.
