SB table – additional separation of cleaned grain or seed The SB table is designed to give a second separation by specific gravity of grain or seed by thickness and length.
The SB table makes a sharp separation of the material into two fractions - usually a light one and a heavy one. Unlike other systems, the SB table is also capable of separating materials with the same gravity, but with different bouncing effect.
The SB table separator considerably improves the quality of the final product, as it removes unwanted material such as grains without germination capacity, foreign grains, stones, unshelled material, hard grains from malt etc.

Fast and convenient colour detection of faults and impurities
State-of-the-art image processing that offers fast and convenient detection of faults and impurities in your grain or seed material
The Royal Colour Sorter series uses high-resolution CCD cameras to identify impurities in grain or seed materials. Royal Sorters can recognize and separate very small particles of e.g. glass, plastic, stone and even fragments of rice.
Royal series features modern technology using two cameras and superior image processing, giving far more accurate results than the traditional one-axis single-sensor “pinpoint” approach.
How it works
By scanning the material from multiple angles, the image precision is far better than in conventional optical sorting systems. Based on computer analysis of the combined images scanned by the cameras, the system can detect and reject defective material more accurately than ever seen before.
