SKIOLD is the leading supplier of grain cleaning equipment, grain cleaning machines and grain cleaning systems for all kinds of grain and seed. Grain cleaning increases your grain quality by removing unwanted materials that also attract certain insects or fungus. Cleaned grain also lower storage costs because of you only storage useful grains and not straws, soil and other materials.
The quality of your grain is improved and so is the animal welfare by having clean healthy grain without unwanted materials and also grain without mycotoxins. (See SKIOLD Damas Sigma - efficient removals of mycotoxins)
Cleaned grain also has a large influence on the cost of the operation of your conveying and feed milling solution. Stones and dust in these machines increase the use of spare parts and unneeded production stops and increases the cost of ownership of your machines.
Overall; the value of clean grain is higher than dirty grain, thus grain cleaning is improving your yield:

Dust aspiration on conveying equipment and process machinery is necessary to minimize dust emission in the feed mill, e.g. in the form of point filters mounted different Places in the processing plant. The filter creates a vacuum in the system and thus prevents dust from spreading into the feed mill.
The filtrated dust is lead back to the plant for reuse in the feed production.
