A detailed analysis of your goals is the basis for an optimal solution

The first step to ensure an optimal SKIOLD solution is the dialogue about requirements and needs concerning the feed mill. Any future operational objectives are to be considered as well.

The next step is the presentation of our proposed solution, including dialogue about implementation of the project. At this stage, we also discuss financial and contractual issues.

Once the client has approved the suggested solution, the third step is to present the final project layout, technical 3D drawings, dimensioning, tailored electrical documentation, technical flow diagram, etc. It is also at this stage that the actual physical manufacturing of the equipment takes place.

The fourth and final stage comprises shipment and installation of the equipment. Shipping documents and certificates are prepared according to the individual requirements of different countries. Then comes start-up of the feed mill, training of the operational staff, and final commissioning of the ready feed mill. Manuals for installation, operation and maintenance of the feed mill and the control system are of course included with the delivery of a SKIOLD plant. 

After putting into operation of the feed mill, the commercial feed production begins. From this moment, we offer service and maintenance carried out by our skilled staff, either on site or online via the internet. Changes in the production or in the market situation may change the requirements to the feed mill. The flexible design of SKIOLD feed mills allows for easy and unproblematic extension to increase e.g. capacity or degree of automation.

SKIOLD's highly qualified employees elaborate detailed 3D drawings, among others in Autocad, to visualize positioning of the equipment and set-up of the complete plant, and the involved parties get full and comprehensive drawing material for buildings, foundations, installation, cabling, etc. 

Technical flow diagrams and electrical documentation are made in such a way that it is possible to add or upgrade components in the plant. Manuals for installation, operation, and maintenance are included with the scope of supply. All necessary shipping documents and certificates are prepared according to the individual requirements of different countries.
